YES! Every Kingdom Cleaner is equipped with everything they need to provide a quality clean every time. However, they are also human and may forget something here and there. So during the tour, be sure to show them where your basic household cleaning supplies are kept.

The number of Kingdom Cleaners will depend on the size of your home and the scope of the cleaning job.

While windows are not our specialty, yes, we can offer specific window cleaning. This service can be added depending on the type, the amount, and the height of the windows from the ground.

Simply add "windows" in the request form details section. A member of our team will reach out for additional information.

For safety reasons, no cleaner is allowed to use any kind of elevating apparatus like ladders. If the window cannot be reached while the cleaner is standing on the floor, we will NOT be able to service your windows.

Yes, we typically allocate 5 hours for a standard cleaning. While our cleaners are efficient, it's important to be realistic about the scope of work that can be completed within this timeframe.

After a thorough assessment of your home, we'll provide you with an honest assessment of what can be achieved within the 5-hour limit. If your cleaning needs exceed this, we can discuss options like:

• Prioritizing tasks: We can focus on the most important areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
• Splitting the cleaning: We can break up the cleaning into two separate appointments, allowing us to tackle different areas each time.
• Adjusting the scope of work: We can modify the cleaning plan to fit within the 5-hour limit, ensuring you receive the best possible service.
